The Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes is a network of 73 associations that welcome, accompany, and shelter women victims of violence and their children throughout France. This Federation came into being at the end of the 1970s and created, in 1992, the national hotline for women victims of domestic violence, now 3919.

The phone number 3919 is the national reference number for telephone listening and guidance for women victims of all types of violence: domestic, sexual, forced marriages, female genital mutilation, violence at work, etc. This number is anonymous, accessible 24/7, and free of charge from a landline or cell phone anywhere in France.
If you are a victim or witness of violence, you can call this number to receive moral support and appropriate information on the steps to take and the professionals who can help you.
Shelters and specialized reception areas
The 73 associations of the National Federation of Women's Solidarity (Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes) have shelters and specialized reception areas for women victims of violence and their children.
If you need emergency accommodation or specialized and professional support, you can visit the nearest partner association.
